Carlos and Nelson are great guys as is Christine in the office. I recommend you double their salaries and vacation time !! The guys showed up on time and were extremely profession and courteous. They kept everything clean and set the proper expectations which is key when a home owner is going through a stressful situation like a flooded house. If and when I had any questions, Christine always provided answer and status right away. I WILL recommend Service Master to folks in similar crisis situations and have praised you r service already as I tell people about my recent flooding ordeal. I have been involved with customer service organizations throughout my career and know the value quality customer care can bring to the company. Kudos to Service Master!! ....and OK at least buy them a lunch ;-)
