The team members were friendly and would willingly discuss any questions we had. Smoke/soot is pervasive and invades every crack and crevice. The SM team was actually using queue tips in some cases to get at soot in tight places. Very thorough. Very happy.
They answered the phone on Saturday night; they got someone to come out and start working the issue immediately. We saw tangible improvements within a couple hours of them on-site. Technician was friendly and great to work with. They helped relieve the stress of a difficult situation.
Communication excellent. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Careful not to disturb household through two holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas). Took care not to damage any property/furniture/carpets, etc. Work timely and completed in reasonable time. The quality of work was excellent. We were very impressed and would highly recommend ServiceMaster.
Very prompt action to arrive and start clean up. Tyler jumped right in and did a wonderful job assessing the damage and making a plan for resolution. He also listened to us and worked around some things that we needed. 90% of the clean up was done within 48 hours.
Vicky Russell was very easy to work with for setting up appointments and discussing options and payment concerns I had. Jared Linhart was a very capable Water Damage Technician. He was always neat and cleaned up after he was finished. The carpet layers were very professional also.
Reaction time was very quick. Handled all aspects of restoration. Knew what had to be done and took care of it. Very prompt and great to work with. Went out of the way to get key to gain access to the house. Nice job!!!
