I was amazed by how quickly the Service Master team arrived at my house, vacuumed and treated the mold and set up an industrial size dehumidifier and air scrubber for the night. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The next morning, the treated area was retested and cleared for putting insulation and drywall back in place. Just like that! I felt so much better about the unexpected problem of water getting in a wall and mold developing. It was treatable and fixable. All very neatly done. Thank you.

The entire crew who were here at my house, were all professional and pleasant. They knew their job and got right to work everyday that they were here. I actually had no idea of the extent of damage, and this group explained everything they were doing and it would help mitigate the damage. They took repeated measurements of the dampness. To be informed of what they needed to do as they progressed. Yes, I would call this company if I ever have a flooded room that needed to saved!
