Team was always in time and called when on the way. They conducted themselves very professionally. Tony the leader was very accommodating, respectful and always took the time to answer questions and explain the process. ServiceMaster has a gem of an employee.

I would have liked to be able to have access to the information you provided to the insurance company though. When I spoke to the insurance adjuster, he asked me to send pictures. I was assuming this was something that you were providing. My wife and I also felt as if you were pushing hard to do the restoration work. I felt you were intimating that the contract for restoration was already yours. Also, there were a lot of different people coming in and saying they were the supervisor. My wife and I had questions, but very few answers.
Super responsive, very professional. Went out of their way to make sure issues were addressed and resolved properly. Felt extremely lucky that my insurance company had the foresight to put them if contact with me and authorized them to do what they do best which is take care of their customers. Thank you!
Most of the Service Master folks were wonderful, from drying and dehumidifing, to packing up cupboards, to taking down cupboards and doing floor and ceiling demolition. The project manager was very available to us and any of our concerns were responded to in good time.
