The people who came to do the work were great. However, I was very disappointed with not being informed by the office what was going to be happening. Also, when people were going to show up. I did get an e-document from you to sign for the insurance company. I couldn't sign it or see what it was about. I guess my Kindle wasn't compatible. I did request two copies of the paper work.

Showed up immediately after we contacted our insurance company about our sewer issue even though it was the later part of the evening. They showed up with equipment that was needed to start the repair. All future visits were scheduled, and the techs arrived on time. The men came in and got right to work setting up the dehumidifying machines. They moved the washer and dryer which had to be taken out of the area. They took out flooring and insulation that was moldy, and needed to be removed. They kept me apprised of the next steps, and everything was thoroughly explained. They also contacted the insurance company to get approvals for what they recommended. All appointments were made the day before which gave me a chance to coordinate with my schedule. A lock box was installed, so they could complete work without me always having to be there. I am very pleased with this company.
