we had a burst pipe that filled the basement with 200,000 gallons of water while we were away. Service master was called and by the time we got home the issue was on the way to being resolved. They started the remediation right away and we were able to get back into the house and work on getting all the damage taken care of.

The initial contact was much needed, we were so stressed out and confused, it was a pleasure to converse with Gary. He set the restoration in motion right away while we closed up our winter residence and rushed home. When we saw the damage it was a shock, but Gary had most of the emergency repairs done and then the remediation began.

They were polite and prompt. Called us the same day our insurance got in touch with them. They came out the next day to inspect(it would have been the same day of call but we weren't available) and then came the next day to do the clean up. The clean up is to my liking. I would recommend them to my friends. Thank you for such great service.

They were courteous and respected our property. Very problem solving approach and had the tools to be very effective to achive that goal. All the tech folks communicated very well what the issues were and how they would handle those issues. Schedulers were right on point addressing our concerns and our time in arranging the schedule for the Techs to visit our site. Customer service was the best we have ever experienced anywhere.
