Fast responce time. Set up equipment to dry everything . Checked daily moisture till everything was dry. They removed all damaged flooring rugs, and cabinets. The only thing thst could be made better is they should call customer to arrange time they are coming each day to take moisture readings so the customer can arrange there daily errands or be home from work.

The people who came to do the work were great. However, I was very disappointed with not being informed by the office what was going to be happening. Also, when people were going to show up. I did get an e-document from you to sign for the insurance company. I couldn't sign it or see what it was about. I guess my Kindle wasn't compatible. I did request two copies of the paper work.
