The crew from the Nampa unit were amazing. I was having some major anxiety attacks that were scary and the crew came in and within an hour Chris and his crew were cleaning up the mess, bringing in the fans and equipment and taking the weight off of me. I really appreciated it. It took 12 days to dry out my mess inside and out. They were here everyday and letting me know before they left how things were going. When everything was done I felt as if I had made 4 new friends.

Christopher's team (from ServiceMaster on Franklin Rd in Boise Idaho)were exceptionally careful when moving our personal belongings from the old apartment to their location for cleaning due to excessive mold issues. Because we had to move to a new apartment, they took the new address and moved our belongings to the new apartment without issues as well as made us aware if something that was brought in was not properly cleaned, he would have it returned to their office for proper cleaning process and returned when completed. They always kept us up to date on the status of our personal property clean up and provided us feedback to our questions in a professional manner without hem-hawing around. My husband and I truly appreciated their professionalism and their kindness to us during our difficult time.
