Jim was very prompt and thorough in his visit to assess the water damage from a faulty water heater. He laid out the process for remedy and provided numbers to various contractors that would be needed to fix all the damage. He was very friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Service was done efficiently with all concern. A step in my House was broken due to heavy equipment carried by a worker. They fixed the step with no hesitation . The workers were quick and knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
