Chris Buxman, the lead for the Denver division was the key to us making the decision to go with Service Master, understanding the process, why Service Master is different and in the end, that our home after a fire was safe, we could come back and sleep there. This was delivered! Dominique with his team was amazing as well with the updates, list of non salv items and the care her team took with our home even though it wasn’t their own. Additionally, I interviewed 3 other companies and SM stood out as you have your own employees vs. temps and an actual fire division. We needed this done right and it was!
AJ and Simon were the main ServiceMaster personnel that addressed the work with me throughout the time. They were professional, transparent and friendly. They walked me through every step and kept me up to date as needed.
Service master came to my home the same day that they were notified by my insurance company that I had water damage. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job assessing my needs. The Service Master crew arrived promptly the next morning to start the job. Jacob did a fabulous job pulling the flooring up and drying the water underneath. They helped make a very difficult situation for me a little more tolerable with their efficiency and kindness. I would use their services every time and highly recommended them. This level of competency and customer service is hard to find.
Chris Andersen and his team/office were so helpful and personable. In moments of crisis, you want people to come into your home and feel like old friends to put you at ease about the process! They were very responsive to our needs, took extra care, and went above and beyond to communicate with us often throughout the entire mitigation process. I would specifically recommend Chris and his team!
Jill Markwood demonstrated exceptional service. She was always responsive and explained the entire process as it progressed through completion. She showed incredible empathy for our family. She is to be commended. Chris Buxman was also very responsive and supportive.

Very responsive over the phone. My tenant was very pleased with Correll (sp). Very happy with their professionalism and attitude. Took care to manage the cats. Just overall a very positive experience with what could have been a very bad situation.
