Mike explained what he was going to do and kept me informed of the progress. He called before coming out each time. He gave me an estimate for the max charge but said that was likely to change if we didn't require four days. We only needed two days.
Mike said a final bill would be e-mailed to me last Friday as well as an estimate to replace the vapor barrier. I have not received either of those yet
I'm going to be honest, having a flood was the most devastating thing that has ever happened to me. Chris and his team were there for me every step of the way. I've never felt more taken care of in my life. They even went as far as to wrapping my smallest items with care. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. I will never use anyone else for a move.
