Every aspect of service was prompt, polite, explained, helpful, reasonable. Attention to details, issues and remedies was carefully explained. Crew and staff were very attentive. Crews were coordinated and showed up on time every day. Service Master had the expertise and equipment needed to solve my water damage issues. They took responsibility for cleaning up debris. Good people to have working for you!

After the "flood" in my 2nd home, (which might have been leaking for many days!) the Service Master technicians came immediately the next day and were VERY informative about what they were doing and what needed to be done. The hardest part was that I was leaving the next day for 11 days in Europe and I felt very comfortable allowing them access to the house. The day after I returned it was great timing when I returned to see what the progress was that Justin (Josh??) was there doing last minute checks and he went over everything that was done. I am very grateful for how everything was dealt with.

We needed an emergency clean-up on the weekend; there was a sewerage leak in the basement of our rental property. Our tenants were upset and we needed help ASAP. I contacted Service Master and they arrived on scene in less than 24 hours. The tenants were very pleased with the service, they reported to me that the technician did a thorough job of cleaning the floor, washer, dryer and freezer. They also noted that the technician was very pleasant and his manner relieved the stressful situation.
