My husband and I are renters. The home we live in was flooded due to incorrect installment. It busted under the kitchen during the middle of the night. I have renters insurance and was truly afraid to file a claim. My husband pushed me, so I made the call. My Adjuster Josh couldn't have been more professional and kind. Although it wasn't his job and the owners hired a different company, Josh inspected the entire house for damage. He found exposed electrical wires and explained to me exactly in each room what the water did. His job was only to address my content that was ruined. He went above and beyond to help me understand the damage and to make sure we were safe. He tried his best to calm me down. We had 1500 gallons of water running through the house. The downstairs ceiling had collapsed with canister lights hanging with water running onto them and all my furniture and rugs. It ruined much upstairs but the furniture downstairs was completely ruined. No way to salvage. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to any one. They crew that came out from 5 star were rude, didn't explain anything, could care less about our safety. Then left a huge mess. All of the workers for 5 star looked sketchy to the point I do not feel comfortable being here alone with them. Thank God for Josh with service Master. Professional and kind. If you want a company that knows what thier talking about and will provide excellent service....CALL THEM. Josh was great.
