I cant say enough great things about this company. From the initial issue of a leaking pipe in my crawl space which led to mold, to the entire inspection which showed mold in attic. Hannah at Service Masters helped me through the entire process, keeping in constant contact and even helping me understand that some of this may need to be covered by insurance. I was in the process of selling my home when the inspection report came back with the mold. I figured it was going to cost my out of pocket and had Hannah not been so knowledgeable, I would have had $26,000 out of pocket instead of a "deductible". I will not hesitate to refer Service Masters/ Johnny on the Spot, they saved me my sanity, my money and made the process so easy!

ServiceMaster Fire & Water Restoration by Johnny on the Spot was quick to respond to our water damage after a water pipe burst in our wall. The method of clearing the area, prepping and drying our walls and floors was very efficient. They were very polite and concerned about our needs and addressed same in a very effective manner. We would highly recommend this company for restoration.

I like that at the time of an occurrence Service Master has those dryers and dehumidifiers in my house within a day of my call. It's a relief to get water damage under control immediately. I'm not so impressed by the restoration, because the person was supposed to come to my house on Tuesday this week, but didn't bother to call and cancel. Further more, it's been two days and I still haven't received a call to reschedule. I'm thinking of hiring someone else to do the restoration.
