Tim Moon, Mitigation Specialist, did a fantastic job of responding to our needs, after the water damage in our home. He was here daily checking on the progress of walls & floors drying. He also had 2 guys on his crew, Jason & Justin, who along with Tim, worked hard and were very considerate of our home, making us feel positive throughout the process. We'd highly recommend Tim.

I have never had an interior water leak in my house before from a ruptured pipe and after speaking with my local State Farm agent in Springfield OR they recommended I call ServiceMaster. I am glad that I did. I don't usually do online reviews, but this time I have too. Tim and Will hands down are definitely the 2 best in the business. From start to finish of getting my living room and underneath the house dried out was a very professional experience. I recommend anybody that needs this type of service to call only them.

Tim and his crew—Will and Shane—were absolutely spectacular partners in our efforts to recover from extensive water damage to our Eugene home. Tim expressed concern about our losses, explained step-by-step what he recommended and was doing regarding the restoration processes, and he was extraordinarily consciencous about taking care of our furnishings and equipment when these items needed to be moved or removed. In addition, he was gracious regarding scheduling, attempting to insure that his and the crew's work were as minimally invasive as possible regarding Sheila's and my work schedule and lifestyles. Given the frustrations of dealing with the damage and the personal losses, it is impossible to imagine better partners for recovery than Tim and his crew. Tim, Cody & the crew, are very punctual and came out within 20 minutes of me panicking to my insurance agent. They all geared up with masks and shoe covers, for them to come in. Right away, they disconnected the loud sensors, that were blasting and overwhelming me. Head crewman, Tim, walked me through everything from start to finish. He is consoling & put me at ease, by saying, "everyone does it-I have seen much worse". They assessed the flood situation from stem to stern, with moisture sensors, drying machines, the importance of the dehumidifiers, taping down cords, for safety measures for me and my grandchildren. They are completely dog friendly. Taking pictures, for the claim, wasn't a priority, until they stopped the water from doing anymore damage. Tim and his crew's work ethic, is very diligent, manifested by their determination of getting it done right, through five days. Every single day, even Easter Sunday, Tim came out to check on the drying process and it's percentages, to see how well the 12+ drying machines were doing. Each day, the percentages went down. The noise of the fans, were relentless, but I was getting more and more relieved, for it being my first flood. When the water damage crew was finished, Tim told me, the next steps, for their contractors (or my choice of contractors), that need to come in my two level home, for repair of the floors and ceiling. I appreciate that they met the proposed deadlines and work seamlessly. They are very professional, respectful and courteous. . I highly recommend Tim and Master Service water damage. I'm in the process, between the contractor, submitting their estimate to the claims department, so the repairs can commence.
