I’m really happy with the service I got. Jenna got here within an hour of me reporting my burst water pipe in the wall, with Eric getting here later the same day to start work. I would get calls in the morning from Kelly, to let me know what was going to happen that day. Their part of this project was done in one week (actually less, since it happened Tuesday and they were done on Friday).

I had a hot water pipe burst underneath my home that completely saturated the insulation. Due to the amount of water, the insulation had to be removed and the underneath of my home had to be dried out. Jenna, with Service Master was very attentive, and proactive with making sure that my claim was handled quickly and professionally. -Andy
