The three guys that showed up at my condo was very polite, took interest in the problem I had, Walter who I talked to 90% of the time, was very attentive to what I asked, explained what and why he was installing the de-humidifier, and then coming back to check the progress and brought in a blower to help dry the damage. My one dog took a special interest in Walter who was so nice to her, and to me that shows me you have top notch workers. It was a pleasure and again thank you for your quick response. Joe Bradley

Just moved in to my 86 year old mothers home due her health concerns. Earlier that week I hurt my back moving furniture and was literally incapable of walking. I called Servicemaster thru State Farm a Insurance Co. A cracked main sewage drain line in the walls behind the first floor kitchen wall was the cause of hundreds of gallons of raw sewage filling the basement. Due to my in capabilities I was unaware of the crack, the basement conditions and what to do. I called Rebecca Service Masters main customer support specialist and within minutes of hearing my story she organized a mitigation team within 2 days. On the third day, the companies assessor arrived to survey the situation. Immediately he was clear and sympathetic and reassured me that they will handle it. The next day three men and a large truck arrived. I hobbled downstairs to meet the mitigation team. They started to vacuum the sewage , and started clearing 75-100 soaked boxes to the outside area. They started to take photos of anything of value and took extensive records. Compressed wood, gone, paneling gone, molded furniture removed. Sanitizing, cleaning continued for 3 days. 2 high powered industrial fans and 2 dehumidifiers wee left on for the entire evening for 3 days.. This technique dried anything in question. They loaded the damaged items at 5 pm and emptied the truck at their facility. This team was professional, and sympathetic to what was left and clean those items too. I want yo thank Servicemaster and their entire staff for putting relief in my families eyes again. Truly did it !!!!!!!!!!!!
