Firstly, i thought my brother in law Paul worked for ServPro so thats who i called....After 3 cancellations. I called Paul Baer who informed me that Service master of Baltimore is where he worked. So i immediately canceled servpro. This was at 2:00ish in the afternoon Paul gave me a number to call and we had a representative from your company at my home a couple hours later. The next day we had Freddy and helper out removing dry wall and set up to dry the hard wood floors and walls ect.Freddy was a top notch professional representative of your company. And was every crew there after. Loraina and the scrubbers/cleaners were personable professional and generally happy people that made this process tolerable and almost fun. Every crew every person on those crews was very good at there jobs.( compataint, professional, and most of all proficient.) Service Master was great to work with after a flood in our house. Every person I dealt with was very professional and helpful. They did a great job making sure everything that was wet, was completely dry before removing fans. They even did a nice job removing all wet or damaged flooring and cleaning up afterwards.
