Prompt, courteous and very thorough cleaning of our basement after our pipes broke. The guys worked so hard — really hustled, and got things cleaned up beautifully. Rob, the Project Manager, was terrific. Super knowledgeable, great customer skills. On top of it all, the team worked over the Christmas / New Year holiday time period—a time when we had great difficulty finding anyone (plumbers, contractors) to handle the rest of the issues that needed to be addressed.

I brought up a significant concern I had with services and I was immediately contacted in person. Jim, the individual who worked with me was respectful, courteous and wanted to solve to solution He set up an appointment to come out to my home to see the concern and to discuss the situation. Overall, my concern was unfounded and based on some miscommunication, but Jim was respectful, made me feel heard, and made good with the cost of the work which I would not have required. In all businesses, mistakes can happen, miscommunication can occur - but what makes the difference is how those concerns are handled. Jim did a perfect job and is a model for how to support customers.
