Very professional and helpful staff. They are hardworking, honest, and you can trust them inside your home. I had ServiceMaster staff call me to notify me that I had a delivery at my door. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and colleagues.
So far, we are so happy with the service we have received. The water leak happened early morning of 2/12/24, I made a phone call to my insurance company around 11 am, by early afternoon same day, ServiceMaster guys were here and from day 1 till the day they finished, they did a great job., so friendly, on time, Chelsea was always on top of everything.
All my family and friends can not believe the great service I have been getting, compared to other company's they have used.
They are very professional. They talked with us about everything. They were on time and completed the project as quickly as they could. We would definitely use them again when needed.

Once called they were at my house with in a couple of hours. Professional, patient and compassionate! They began drying my house and removing flooring from it flooding. They came in and did everything that needed to be done while I sat back and watched. I would highly recommend Service Master.

The Service Tech Dan went above and beyond to keep me in the loop of each process. Being oot and handling remote allowed me peace of mind. Dan was very professional and responsed to concerns timely. As an additional leak was found, he notified me immediately , cut water off and help with determining problem so I could reach out to plumber. Again, above and beyond!!!
Gerald also assisted in the process and also was professional.
Ashey (Dan and Gerald's boss) also has been extremely helpful and responsive each time I had questions.
I do have one question-
since the call from Mequil Rodriguez on 1/26 to pick up equipement and lay down plastic, I have not been informed if process completed or given a report of actions taken. This may be a question for insurance and not Service Master. If you have work order, and can send to me, it would be appreciated.
Mike and his team was superb. Not only they got the job done, they was very friendly and professional. The only negative comment is having to say goodbye, it was an honor and a pleasure to have met Mike and his team. Keep up the good work.
The staff was respectful and personable. I like that they introduced themselves (Michael and Danny) when they arrived (you wouldn't believe how many service providers don't do this), contacted me with arrival times and informed me of the demo process. Thanks y'all. The physical work was awesome as well!
The crew was very professional and helpful with any questions I asked. I bugged them a couple of times to see what was going on and how things were progressing. I even stood over them and watched and they didn't mind at all.
