Very quick, always responsive. They worked with my insurance to make sure I was covered for all the work they did. I called them when I found water damage from a water heater, and they were at my house within an hour to start the drying/cleanup process. Adam (the owner) works with his crews as well, and he definitely knows his stuff. Glad I called service master to take care of my water issue.

I returned home on a Friday afternoon to discover a hose spewing water in my upstairs water closet. After shutting off the water, I frantically called ServiceMaster and two people were at my house within thirty minutes. The team acted fast and was able to completely neutralize the water damage and isolate the affected areas of my home. They were able to show me with their technology which areas of my home were impacted and demonstrated abnormal moisture. Over the next three days, ServiceMaster sent multiple people to my home and completely remediated all damage. Everyone who came to my home was fantastic. They were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ServiceMaster if you have any water issue. They will act fast and fix the problem. Thanks, guys! Great work!

Returning from vacation, we walked into a flooding disaster. I immediately called “The Master Of Disaster”. Adam Kinser and a full crew arrived less than 2 hours later and took complete control of the situation. They worked late into that Friday night, and returned on Saturday and Sunday to assure the job was done perfectly. They knew exactly how to work with our insurance company and kept in constant touch with updates on their progress. Adam is an outstanding professional, and his entire crew is top notch. They are efficient, friendly, and most of all calm and reassuring in an extremely stressful time. We will always be grateful to them, and will never hesitate to recommend them!
