It all boils down to the friendly staff, they are always happy to answer questions that come up, even when I have asked the same questions over and over. I'm still blown away by the response time after contacting our insurance company. The kindness and compassion Mike and Dusty gave us from the get go was much appreciated. They helped brighten our situation. Our home is very sentimental to us as it was my childhood home..so as you can imagine panic was well set when Mike arrived. All the other staff members have been amazing too, from the demo crew to the office crew.. I thank you all!

The work your men did was fast, careful, and accurate. My primary contact, DJ, was calm, reassuring, thoughtful, intelligent, and articulate. Even when I had to call him fairly late at night because my circuit breaker kept flipping, he got back to me right away, was cheerfully supportive, and clear and patient in explaining how to address the problem. I feel very fortunate in having had such extraordinary support during a difficult experience. Your company gets top grades from me and I'd give DJ five stars -- and then some. Thank you.
