I am pleased to report that the water damage mitigation process was a very good experience overall. Response time and work completion time was exceptional. I was employed for over 30 years as a property insurance company executive, so I technically understood what the process involved. This was our family's first ever significant insurance claim so I have now have a different perspective concerning this side of the claims process. Communication was excellent! The clean up crew was very considerate and kept the demolition mess to a minimum. They were very attentive to making sure that the drying process for water damage was thorough and that they protected the rest of the room with plastic, etc. The damage appraisers were very professional and explained each step of the process. I highly recommend ServiceMaster of High Point. Thank you very much for a 'haste-free' job well done! G. Miller

They came out in a timely manner and were there when they told me they were coming. They let me know about 30 minutes ahead of time when they were coming out even though (we had talked about estimated time each day for the next day). They let me know if what they were doing g and where our levels were on water damage when they checked it. Everyone was very personable in a difficult time for us.
