We were out of town when our water incident happened. I think rather naturally, we were somewhat apprehnsive about workers coming and going from our home with us not there. That fear was completely unfounded. We found the workers to be completely trustworthy. We returned to our home and were very pleasantly surprised that the Service Mater crew had done a very neat and tidy job. Of course they did the water mitigation but they left the rest of the house in good shape.

The quick response time. We did receive same day service. However, I can't provide the 10 rating as the our place had 12 foot ceilings and the ladder that was brought by the technician wasn't high enough so I had to wait another 1 hr for the ladder to come. In addition, the carpet was wet on the steps leading up to the main floor, but wasn't removed the same day. It wasn't until day 3 when another technician came and noticed and removed the wet carpet and the padding on the steps since we had runner carpet. Thanks

We were very pleased with the services of Service Master after a fire in our home. They began to restore and our house the day of the fire so we could continue to live in the house as restoration followed. The Team was efficient, kept us updated on the work being done, notified us daily of their arrival and departure times. The team worked well together. We can only say good things about their services.
