Unfortunately, because of recent surgery, I have not been able to get up to Lyons to see the results of the water removal. However, the gentleman who did the work, was very good about keeping me in the loop, told me there was buckling but it was too soon yet to determine if nothing, refinishing or replacement of the floors was needed. He told me to wait as with time buckling can recede to a great degree. I also had rugs stored in the closet in the master bedroom. Because of the buckling, I was unable to open the door to get in the closet. He was nice enough to go back, open the door and take pictures for me of the rugs. I feel that both Jamie and Brian did their utmost to make sure I was satisfied.

All 6 gentlemen that came to my house the various days were ALL respectful and friendly. None of my questions were a bother. They did their best to keep the stairs to the basement clean by wearing booties. Each step of the way the gentlemen explained what and why they were doing each step. Someone came daily to check and rearrange fans and dehumidifiers. They also worked to figure out how to save a very large rag rug that my grandmother had made over 40 years ago. Nick, Tyler, Jorge, Anthony, Johnny (?), and Lon were great! I am also very thankful for the many, many boxes they gave me to help pack things up. If this can be made public WITHOUT my name attached, that is fine. Otherwise, do not share.

ServiceMaster does one of the most best jobs I ever had done my house looks 100% better than it was when I bought it it's like a brand new home they do excellent work I recommend them 100% Brian Phillips is one of the best in the world on getting the work done and making it look outstanding I will recommend this to anybody I wouldn't pick another company other than picking ServiceMaster to do all the work cuz they do excellent work I really appreciate what they done.
