For the remediation Bill (and Jorge on the short weekend checks) were very good at communicating and easy to have in the house. Good people for a job in a very stressful situation. The initial contact person on the phone was also very reassuring and reduced the stress I was feeling. Ir didn't seem like the job was dragged out any longer than necessary, but I felt confident they were thorough.
