Chris Tingvold of ServiceMaster was very thorough in explaining the restoration process with his initial phone call and site visits. He kept me appraised of communication with my insurance company and follow up on the project. Brianna Paulson kept me informed also with the overall project timetables and arranging for equipment to be delivered to remove the smoke odor so I could remain in my apartment. She also assisted with updating an authorization document my insurance company required so my project would not be delayed. The cleaning team was very courteous and thorough too. The lead representative explained their cleaning process and materials and kept checking to make sure I was pleased with their work.
Everything about ServiceMaster was absolutely stellar. Sympathetic, professional, responsive, hardworking, reliable, honest. I have already recommended to many people. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.

We had water damage and they were able to come out the next day and start the drying out process. ServiceMaster team members followed up regularly by calling me with the status of the job. I felt they really cared about me as a customer.
EVERYTHING? I have never had to deal with a flooded basement like this before. I had no idea where to begin and when ServiceMaster came and got started I felt RESCUED! Roger and Tony were kind and calming. There "quiet" way of taking charge was reassuring to me. They answered all my questions simply and thoroughly. Servicemaster was great. Everyone was helpful, kind, and patient. I had Kelly in charge of my case and she was always easy to get in touch with and had answers to all of my questions. Scott and Blake worked through the night and then Scott came back and worked the next day! I can not say enough great things about servicemaster. If I could rate these three people higher I would!
