Tom Uritta's work was Great!. He initially came earlier than on the first call for help. He was professional, explaining the work being done. He was caring , reassuring me it would get taken care of. When the rooms were dry, he showed us how he knew the cleanup was done correctly. In addition he communicated with the adjuster so repair could get started
