Kyran was fabulous and so empathetic during a very difficult time. My home flooded 4 rooms from a hot water heater bust in the middle of the night. I was beside myself. Kyran was so calm, cool, collective it made me calmer. I believed him when he said he would take care of my home. He did a great job, and truly did care! I would hesitate to call Kyran if you ever find yourself in a flood disaster.

The team was very efficient, professional and friendly. I want to give extra accolades to Kryan Lamark as his management of the situation and his team was per excellence. This was our first experience with water damage and really, the company ethos of " knowing what to do" was executed in a way that immediately put us at ease and answered our numerous questions. I do not wish the experience on anyone but If they had to go through it , I will definitely be recommending ServiceMaster with confidence. Thank you!

Your tech was very informative about the project and what would happen next. Gave a timeline as the days went by. Checked in each morning to see if there was progress on drying out the walls. Took pictures and measurements for the insurance company. For some reason my adjustor has not received the report. That may be an internal communication problem with the insurance company, I am not sure?

Daniel was extremely thorough in inspecting my home after the fire! Immediately, I noticed his caring service in assisting me with my immediate needs! He explained how the process would be to the ray to reduce the smoke smell and the repairs to restore! Great customer service! The ladies who arrived to start mitigating the smoke were really professional and kind! I truly appreciate this business!
