Service Master or myself received no clear message about what rooms were to be cleared. We moved what we thought was correct. However, they sent a team in with no supervision. The team workers removed my things where they needed to work but it was not in a professional way. That is because the coordinator did not give them or me correct information. They needed another room cleared so they could work. I am not very pleased with their work.
Very customer service centric. The representatives who worked in our home were very courteous and professional. I noticed that the workers were different each time they came. I totally understand the nature of your business and it must be very challenging to try to maintain continuity of staff projects that suddenly arise. Scheduling employees to do follow-up visits must be one of your biggest challenges. Bottom line we are totally satisfied with your specialized services. Well done.
fast, friendly, and approachable, I appreciate that the company did all they could to put me at ease with all that was going on in my home. They put me at ease quickly telling me the house would be fine and they would do everything needed to dry it out.
ServiceMaster responded very quickly after my insurance company requested service. The team was at my house within 3 hours after they contacted me and stayed until 11:00 p.m. They were very professional and very courteous. I was especially impressed with Sesar! I can't say enough about him. Follow-up visits to check on the status of the water mitigation were performed as promised.
