We were extremely pleased with the ServiceMaster Services Team, Being terrible about remembering names we can not give credit to everyone on the team. But we thought the entire team did a great job. Our 50 gallon Bradford White Water Heater sprung a big leak and dumped the majority of the water in the tank onto our newly remodeled living room and two of our three bedrooms. Sheryl and I wish to give praise to Antonio (Tony) and his team.
Our water heater failed at a most inconvenient time for us. The failure of the water heater was first discovered by me (Mike) at around 7:30am the very day we had planned to go to Sapulpa, Oklahoma to take care of My 93 year old Mother (Bonita). The ServiceMaster Team responded quickly and did everything according to our expectations.
Also the ServiceMaster Team worked with us and our situation. We needed to get to Oklahoma as quickly as possible. My Mom had just returned home from the Hospital and we had to leave. WE did not desire to put the house on a Lock Box. So I called my Brother Bill (who lives in Mesquite TX). And The ServiceMaster Team adapted quickly to work with my Brother and we were able to continue with our plans without a significant delay.

The technicians were competent, courteous and efficient. They explained every step in the process of drying out our house after the water leak. They showed up when they said they would and didn't waste time. Great group of guys.
I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU WERE HERE PROMPTLY TO GET THE FANS GOING TO GET THE CEILING DRIED OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY CAME AND CHECKED THE CEILING TO SEE IF IT WAS DRY. IT WAS NOT DRY AT THAT TIME, BUT THEY CHECKED IT TODAY, AND IT WAS DRY. NOW I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO ALL THE NOISE FROM THOSE FANS. YES, I KNOW THAT IS PART OF IT WHEN THERE IS WATER IN THE CEILING.
I WAS PLEASED WITH SERVICE MASTER.
