Through, on time, friendly and much more. All was done that needed to be done an then some. Ottawa came to the rescue and gave us peace of mind. While the start of the process with insurance was long, we felt that Service Master was very responsive to our needs. They were easy to deal with, understanding our concerns, and then providing sound solutions. We are also very happy with the quality of the workmanship, especially the cabinetry work. The crews coming in were very respectful this was our home, not just a construction site. The crews were easy to work with and address any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely use Service Master again.

Overall a great experience working with Service Master Ottawa. From initial contacts with the project manager and scoping the job to contractor selection and work planning all the way to project execution and final completion walk through, I had great experience. When there was a problem with contractors, Service Master Ottawa was quick to respond, intervene and address the issue to my satisfaction. Our project manager (Jeff Jerome) was excellent in his timely and clear communications and in ensuring my total satisfaction with each element of the job. I would have no hesitation to recommend Service Master Ottawa to anyone seeking an integrated service provider for restoration projects.

Service Master is good to send professional contractor to do different jobs. As an ordinary insurance subscriber, there are no way to have knowledge to know what to do when the accident happened. They know what contractor to send. No enquiring to the owner what to do and how much. They make the best decision for you. Get the authorization and deductions, report to the insurance. Thanks very much.
