When the disaster occurred in our townhouse in Hillsboro, OR, we were in our home in Florida and were very distress. Once we contacted Service Masters, they responded very quickly and professionally to mitigate the situation. Upon our arrival, Jennifer Joseph and Mike Kruse explained in detail the extent of the damage and the remedial process plan to restore our home. The rest of the workers were great and were very cognizant to clean up nicely after completing the job. We hope the restoration goes as smooth.

Service Master was fast, friendly, and clean! They were here as soon as the plumber was finished with the repair and also when I asked them to come and remove the equipment. John, the water technician, was very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. He was professional and honest, which made me feel very comfortable with the situation. I hope that I never have to use your services, but if the need should arise, I will definitely request Service Master.

The project manager took the time to discuss my concerns and help me make a plan. The initial assessment of damage was thorough, and the crew took care to set up adequate drying equipment in the affected areas, which made the drying go quickly and smoothly.
