Service Master was fast, friendly, and clean! They were here as soon as the plumber was finished with the repair and also when I asked them to come and remove the equipment. John, the water technician, was very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. He was professional and honest, which made me feel very comfortable with the situation. I hope that I never have to use your services, but if the need should arise, I will definitely request Service Master.

The initial assessment of damage was thorough, and the crew took care to set up adequate drying equipment in the affected areas, which made the drying go quickly and smoothly.
