The services I received from ServiceMaster was exceptional. I was always called 30 minutes before the employee or employees would arrive. They would come to my bedside and tell me what was going to be done that day and each evening would come and tell me what got done that day and that they were finished for the day. I had industrial dehumidifiers and high efficiency fans blowing for two weeks in my kitchen and basement due to water damage. ServiceMaster hired a company Richmond Renovations to disassemble my kitchen cabinets and granite countertops along with all my appliances and stored everything in a A box in my driveway. These two companies are fantastic with their worth ethics and employees are top notch, courtesy and on time. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I miss everyone from telephone staff, managers and employees. You did a great job at my house in a timely fashion and I miss all of you. Thank you for a job well done. Nothing has been done at my house since you wonderful people have left. I was not given a choice as to who puts my kitchen and basement family room back together. They have promised three times that they were coming and they are a no show. Hoping you have had better luck with Travelers and Michael Clark my insurance adjuster than I have had. Thanks you wonderful communication and customer service. I really appreciate all you did for me.
