Mr. Robert Hamilton and his co-workers were very professional. They explained to me their restoration process as to what they would be doing and why. They were very approachable and easy to talk to. They answered any questions my husband and I had concerning what they were doing to our home. They explained that our insurance company would be paying for the services they provided and that in itself put us at ease. They still have to come back to repair a door to one of our crawl spaces that was broken when Angelo and another co-worker came out to do some work one day. On 10/20/17 another co-worker came out to do the repair work on the door but he said he did not have the right equipment to do it and would be back on Monday, 10/23/17 to complete the repair work on the door. I trust that he will keep his word because there has not been a problem with Robbi or the other workers doing what they said they would do. Thanks guys, The Skippers
