A pipe(s) broke under my home and the Rochester city sewer backed up into the lower level of my home. My home owner’s insurance called ServiceMaster to mitigate the damage. The staff were kind, and very conscientious of my home and my time. They treated me with ease and not like a stranger. They were in my home within the hour after being contacted, and got to work right away. I can’t thank ServiceMaster enough. The work they do is amazing.
