I called ServiceMaster about 9am, on a Monday, after I had a bad leak in my roof from a rainstorm. I was feeling stressed and wasn't sure what to do. Bobby took my call and was extremely kind and patient and understanding and assured me that she would do her best to send someone out as soon as possible. Bobby called me back within 1 hour to let me know that Jacob could be at my house between 11am and 12pm. Jacob arrived and was very professional and considerate and after he left I felt a lot more relaxed about the situation. Then, a couple of hours later, Bobby gave me a follow up call with more information about the visit with Jacob. The professionalism and courtesy that Bobby and Jacob exhibited not only calmed me but helped me have discussions with my insurance company about what steps to take moving forward. They came in and did a thorough assessment of the damage and got their equipment set up right away. They checked on the progress every couple of days and dealt directly with the insurance company so that I didn't have to handle that part of the process. Great work!
