Everyone from the onsite crew was very professional and organized. This included Haiden, the foreman, Ben, the regional manager, Jesse, who packed our kitchen items as well as working on the crew and Darren. I did not meet Gabriel. All of the gentlemen with whom I had personal contact patiently explained the plan, called us before coming as necessary and completed the day by telling us what they had done and what the next steps would be. The plumber assigned by Service Master who came and installed a temporary sink was also very professional. The telephone associates of the project coordinator were very cheerful, polite and accommodating, however in my contacts with the project coordinator, herself, I felt as if I was bothering her, that she was patronizing and merely tolerating me. Unfortunately, that is the person I was directed to contact with any questions. In addition, an electrician was assigned to repair an electrical outlet that had been damaged by the fan placed to dry out the kitchen area. I did not hear from the electrician or see him/her on the date assigned. Speaking to the project coordinator four days later, the electrician had reported that the outlet had been repaired. I had not checked it since the area is tented off. However, after checking it, strangely, I realized that the electrician had indeed repaired the outlet, apparently coming through the unlocked back door without our knowledge and without leaving any other indication of having been in our home and doing the work. My caller ID did not show an attempt to call us on the assigned day, whether or not an attempt was made. Aside from these minor annoyances and inconvenience, we have been very pleased with the water remediation of our kitchen and look forward to this company coordinating the rebuild.

I would use Service Master for any mitigation and any repair that needed to be done! They did it before at my daughter's house, and they did it again in my home. Their whole team is well trained and so friendly and reassuring. (BTW, i think they just wanted to see our dog Jake). would 10/10 recommend! The first company we had come out wanted to tear the whole kitchen out. Service Master was willing to dry in place to start. It worked! We're still waiting for the restoration and are keeping in touch to get that coordinated, but they are going to do a great job, if the work they did on my daughter's home is anything to go by.
