The employees who came to the door were very courteous and respectful of the contents. They should genuine concern for our predicament. They did an excellent job of explaining the procedure and what we could and should expect from them.
They were personable and took the time to answer our questions.
From the beginning when we first dealt with Wes Rios, everyone from ServiceMaster was responsive, friendly and responsible. Now past the mitigation stage of the water damage to our kitchen, we’re looking forward to selecting our new flooring and to participating in the rebuild phase.
