The water remediation was incredible, just watching the water being drawn out of the wood was amazing. Very effective system to remove unwanted water from our subfloor. We were impressed with the detection of the problem and the solution. Very satisfied and highly recommend ServiceMaster.
The crews were all very respectful and efficient. Jason came out the same day i called him to look at the damage and get process started. He was fantastic. We didn't understand at first about the two sections - mitigation and restoration - so we were a bit confused on what was happening when but when we got that answered it was a breeze.
While it’s still early in the process of restoration of our home, We are quite satisfied with the first two phases. We appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the water clean up/drying crew, and the packing /furniture moving crew. Garrit was quick to reply to my question on Home Advisor. He was able to book Mike that very same day, your competitor that I had already booked could not come out until the following day to give me a quote. Mike came and tried to alleviate my fears. He suggested that your prices were reasonable and that I might be able to avoid filing an insurance claim. Your competitor was telling me that it might be 5-30k and that I should call my insurance provider. Mike gave me an affordable quote for the fans and upholstery and carpet cleaning.
Juan spent hours cleaning all of the soft surfaces in my house and it looked and smelled terrific when he finished.
The young men that came out to do the work were all very courteous and polite. They arrived on time, or called to inform us if they were running a little late, so we weren't left waiting and wondering if they were coming.
They knew there job and did it quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after what they did for the day and always informed us that they were done, when they would be back, what they had completed, and what was left to do.
The working crews were capable and courteous and communicated well.
I can't say the same for the business end of ServiceMaster. The work has been completed and paid for, and I still have received no paperwork for my records. I hate to turn into a squeaky wheel, but I may have to resort to that.
