I called the Seattle office for emergency water damaged mitigation. Within a few hours of my call project manager Michale called me, visited the site, referred a plumber fixed a root and drying machines setup in late afternoon. What a service, which is really mitigate the damages. And later removed some walls/flooring to help drying and make sure all dry with the daily monitoring. I’m really impressed.

Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the distance! Thank you to Carly Chew and the team that worked on our restoration! We liked the fact that Carly was there from beginning to end, very thorough, answered all of our questions and was patient with us. The team member who pulled up the flooring worked quickly and efficiently as did the HVAC team. Thanks again everyone!
