Both Will & Luis (and the other individual who worked with Luis) were all very professional, attentive to details and did great work. I chose to work with ServiceMaster over the other companies because of Will and Will's clear focus on resolving the issue and presenting how the work would be completed. Luis and colleague did a great job at setting up the workspace, protection of the wood floors, dust prevention, etc. And listened to my instructions and asked questions ask questions along the way.

They took the time to answer all my questions. Which is a big thing for me i am a person that likes to know the process so i can understand everything better, and they did that. Fast & professional! Stephen Whitehead, our PM, was a great communicator and made sure we knew what was happening with the mitigation at least once a day. Our insurance ended up not covering the water loss & ServiceMaster was also good about working with us on payment process. The whole event was a bummer but ServiceMaster made it better by being responsive, quick, & friendly.
