All the employees were respectful and knowledgeable. They sent Texts regarding ETA. All the employees were nice about my questions and kept trying us informed. We felt good knowing our kitchen floor was dried out professionally.
Enrique Gonzalez and his team were awesome! The quick response time, set up, and clean up were amazing. They got the job done so quick with such professionalism. They took the time to answer all my questions. Which is a big thing for me i am a person that likes to know the process so i can understand everything better, and they did that. A+ service all the way around. Thank you to everyone involved in the work preformed as well as all the followup.
Fast & professional! Stephen Whitehead, our PM, was a great communicator and made sure we knew what was happening with the mitigation at least once a day. Our insurance ended up not covering the water loss & ServiceMaster was also good about working with us on payment process. The whole event was a bummer but ServiceMaster made it better by being responsive, quick, & friendly.
Alina was very proactive and easy to work with. She was very clear in explaining the process and what to expect from it. Always follow up and update every day. Her customer service together with the team is excellent.
They are Honest. They took time to explain everything to me. they are extremely hard working and get as much done as humanly possible in one day. They were friendly and only wanted to do a great job, and they did!

I felt truly taken care of by everyone that I worked with during our mold mitigation process following a water heater leak. Everyone was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and most importantly of all, kind. I’d absolutely recommend them for any similar jobs.
Quick response to the water issue.
I had to push for patience in drying my drywall/plaster ceiling. Your default is to rip things out.
Likewise, miscommunication with the asbestos people let to a surprise I wasn't prepared for.
The remediation and pack up and haul out Cruz were very good at what they did. They did their job well and quickly to prevent further damage. The project manager assigned to our case was not as good as he was only reactive as if he only did something went prodded by someone else rather than proactive as I would expect someone with the title “project manager” to be.
I left my for them to fix the damage while I was thousands of miles away in Texas. The demolition follow-ups really impressed me, someone from ServiceMaster came every day to check the moisture content. And until the go ahead from the demo guys came we waited for repairs. My review will not be complete until I write something nice about Tina. She always picked up my calls and explained something I don’t understand.
