Dane, from your south shore office came to the house as part of a walk-thru for an insurance claim. Once the areas of concern were determined, ceilings and walls removed, we coordinated with Dane for his crew to come in and remediate the mold. They did an excellent job! Dane was on site to get them started and followed up in the afternoon to check on the crew’s progress. I found Dane most helpful as well as knowledgeable, answering any and all questions, letting us know what to expect. Taylor, as part of the crew was also very professional and answered all of our questions. Great job performed by all. I’d recommend ServiceMaster anytime.

The quick response was truly appreciated. The quality of the work was outstanding as the amount of wall removal was cleanly cut and carefully done. All other parts of the work were equally taken care of. The communication was excellent with Corey. The crew of Ryan and Phil were professional and clearly know what they are doing. When I called that I had major water damage from a burst pipe in my family room, Steven was immediately responsive and was at my house as quickly as anyone could be. He kept me informed about everything he was doing with multiple phone calls and did the best job he could to get rid of the water and stop the mold. He also was very articulate and well mannered - clearly a very nice, hardworking man. I really appreciated him.

To find 3 inches of water covering my basement floor at 11pm was a shock. By 2am you had removed all the standing water! At 9am you were here to start drying the floor. Just an incredible responce! I felt like we were treated like family. Thank you!
