Fantastic customer service - especially on a holiday! (4th of July). Everyone was professional and easy to work with. There was no wait for the work to be done - which was a relief! Dmitri in particular was very professional and knowledgable. He was on-time and did an excellent job - everything was cleaned up nicely and we felt very comfortable that the job was properly executed.
Dimitri was great! We felt confident in his abilities. He was clean and very personable. He worked hard to speedily dry everything out and get us back to normalcy. Really apreciated Service Master's quick response and the way they worked with our insurance.
John is very professional in his explanation of the process of restoration. He knows the complete process and the pros and cons of various alternatives. If most of the employees of SM are like John. I would highly recommend SM to anybody. He had done a fantastic job.
We had a water leak which flooded the underside of our mobile home.Service Master located the leak and removed all the soaked insulation.They showed up at 7:00 pm and worked until they were finished.We're very satisfied with there work and would highly recommend there service.
Timely response. Professional and good communication. I didn't like that you were supposed to pick up your equipment on a Monday and didn't come until Wednesday. I hope you didn't bill the insurance company for the last two days.
After I called about the soot following my oil furnace exploding (thank goodness there wasn't a fire) covering vertually all surfaces in the house, Beth was out that week, to take pictures and write down all the issues. Then cleaning started the next week. She worked with my insurance company. I really didn't have to call about it.
The work was done in a timely manner and well done. Demitri was exceptionally helpful through the whole process - I always felt like I knew what was going on and what was to come.
The only suggestion I have is it would be helpful to let us know when scheduling the initial appointment, whether it's after hours or not (therefore affecting the cost). It just wasn't something I was thinking about and while we definitely needed you guys to come out, I may have considered waiting until a day time appointment (in my case it wasn't a hole-in-the-roof kind of emergency). As it turned out my insurance didn't cover the cost so it would have been helpful to know.
But I'm a satisfied customer!
