ServiceMaster was recommended by & contracted through the Farmers Ins adjustor to pack up, store and then return my furniture and belongings while repairs were being done to my condo after experiencing a flood from an upper unit in my building. Both crews were friendly, courteous and efficient and were able to meet the tight time frames involved. Unfortunately the glass top to an end table got broken while being stored in the warehouse. The glass was an odd shape and not easily replaced, so Service Master will be sending a check to pay for the cost of a replacement end table of the same value. Ernie Dittman, the operations manager, was accommodating and easy to work with in the processing of the claim.
