Kirk was very prompt in contacting me. He was kind and calm explaining everything. He came to my home within an hour of the call. He came and checked everything and had equipment dropped off within a couple hours. The team was in to do the tear out same day. They finished the tear out and the equipment was set up for drying. The team H2O was delightful to work with and hard working! I would strongly suggest Service Master Tillsonburg for any restoration job you have.

Excellent and quick response to our flooding issue. Kirk organized the entire clean up and kept me informed, with dates and times. His approach to our situation was professional and well executed.
