Fast and efficient service same day of my damage which was incredible considering how many calls they had to make due to a storm. Service technicians and estimators are very up front and informative as to the process and what needs to be done. I really felt at ease when service technicians came back daily to check on the progress of my leak amd moisture. Top notch for emergency service and restoration.

From start to finish, we were impressed by the level of professionalism and competency shown by the entire Service Master Team. Everyone with whom we had contact were friendly and accommodating and able to answer any questions we had. The initial advice and subsequent suggestions were all much appreciated. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Every worker who entered our home treated it as though it were their own - respect for property, attention to detail, thoroughness and quality of workmanship were all exemplary. In short, we are very pleased with every level of Service provided to us. We extend a special thanks to Brendan, for helming the entire project, but literally every member/worker (those directly involved and those by referral) is to be commended. What would have been an impossible task for us, suddenly became, in the hands of these trained professionals, an incredibly workable renovation. When I had a flood due to a burst drain pipe I was a total mess! I was told by m insurance company to call Service Master Tillsonburg. Kirk came over and assessed the damage and walked me through every step in the restoration process, even how to make my claim properly! Kirk and all his crew were so courteous, polite and explained everything they would be doing and why. My house is going on the market very soon because there was no delay in restoring the rec room downstairs. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys to help me out and ease my anxiety. Thank you all, you have no idea what you did for me, I am so very grateful.
