The morning that my dishwasher flooded my kitchen and basement, I called my insurance company first at 6:30 am. When I hung up with them, Service Master called me even before I could call myself, before 7:30 am. I was impressed already by this service level even before Kenny came to the house. Kenny continued the excellent customer service and kept me informed the whole way. I think this was key for us keeping our sanity because the noise of the machines is awful.
The technician, Chris, was very nice, and he was extremely thorough in explaining what
needed to be done to try and save our wet carpet.
The evening ended up being very chaotic as our neighbor's house caught on fire! Chris was the one to call 911, and we had to evacuate the house for 2 hours. When we were able to re-
enter my house, the technician completed the job!

Chris arrived within the scheduled window. He was friendly and professional. He took care of our mildew/mold smell and took the time to explain to us what he was doing and why. He invited us to contact him if we have any future issues. All in all, we were very pleased with the service.
You agents were prompt and efficient. They explained every step and helped me understand the process of drying up the wet area and avoiding mold. They recommended additional steps I should take to replace the damaged materials and to verify other systems were not affected.
The service was amazing. I liked how quickly they are able to help and how they were caring enough to come back each day and make sure their equipment was drying the house. I appreciate how friendly the team was and I really enjoyed meeting them.
