Our project manager Chris was very communicative and knowledgeable. All other staff who worked on our home were professional and hard working. While the rebuild process is completely separate, we were kept apprised of what the rebuild process would entail if we chose to stay with servicemasters. Finally, Chris originally showed up within a couple of hours in the middle of the night with a snowstorm on the way and put us at ease about the safety of our home by taking immediate steps to mitigate damages
