They were very informative of what they were there to do, they did what they needed to do at a timely manner, and punctual. They call 30 minutes in advance to give you a heads up and came at that time. They are open to questions, have answers and walk you through what they going to do. Great team!

I like the promptness with which ServiceMaster responds to calls for help. I informed them of the major flooding I had in my lower level and within a couple hours, they were on site. By the time I had become aware of the flooding, most of the laminate flooring had been either covered with water or had water below the surface. The next day the ServiceMaster team arrived and started tearing up the flooring, gathering material and pushed to driest part of the flooring. After completing that work, they enplaced a number of blowers to dry out the level after all the water had been taken care of. Each day for the next 5 days or so, one rep would take the readings to determine if there was still moisture in the walls, etc .... thus reducing the number of blowers accordingly or placing them in more critical areas. Throughout I was impressed the professionalism and thoroughness of the ServiceMaster personnel .....

ServiceMaster met me in a very low spirit as my home got flooded. I was looking so confused and lost. After receiving a detailed explanation from Mr Kenney of what was going to be done, l regained hope. It's amazing how they got my space dried in a timely manner and always responded promptly to my calls. Left my home tidy and with "less dust". Thank you for your service 🙏

Zack, the project manager, James, the reconstruction manager and the excellent crew not only knew what they were doing, they knew how to put me at ease, explain the process and smiled through the whole thing!
