They were quick at getting the work done.
Would have liked to have know about wall behind fridge as contractor had to refigure estimate, also it would have been nice if they had turned the gas to my stove back on. Other then those two things they were very pleasant.
The technicians were proficient and courteous, explaining why he was doing what they were doing.I appreciated the way they conducted themselves in the presence of my family. Those kind of employees give your company a good name.
Well, Chris, my technician, when he came to assess the water damaged of my home he came with a wealth of knowledge, step by step processing and information for me to read and the equipment to do the job. He wasn't pushy, fast talking, impatient or rude. T really liked his demeanor. I knew right away I would choose Chris to do the job. I felt assured in a stressful and overwhelming situation. He listened to my concerns and took actions to address them and he put "the customer is always right " each time. I really enjoyed working with Chris. He is definitely an "asset " to the company. Chris was very thorough and prompt. He answered all of our questions and concerns. The work was completed in a timely and professional fashion. The only hold up is an email with the cost and room sizes coming from the corporation. During this pandemic Chris and Mike always had their masks on and maintained the proper distances. I would highly recommend this company
Everything went great. Started the job late on a Sunday night. Fully explained the process, showed up to check on us as they said they would, and got everything dried out a day early. Glad to have used you and will always recommend to friends.
Thorough, friendly, patient. Arrived at my house within hours to start mitigation. Work team took care with wrapping/packing my items and furniture and provided a collection of photos of the items going to storage and for the loss report.
