The insurance company got the itemized invoice before we did. They wanted us to sign off on payment before we saw what we were paying for. Also, the folks that cleaned the basement set up air movers that extinguished our hot water pilot light flame, and we woke up to no hot water. If that was unavoidable, it would have been nice for them to advised us of that.
We were very pleased with everything from start to finish.
The young man that done our clean was neat clean in appearance and very well versed
on the process. Again we were very pleased.
