Servicemaster was absolutely professional in all they did to help us with our home clean up and restoration after our major fire. We appreciated their genuine care, respect and concern for our family and situation. The Servicemaster Team went out of their way to drop cleaned items off at our rental house that were needed quickly. This was quite the feat considering we had around 300 boxes of cleaned items. When it was time to move in and bring our cleaned household items back to our restored home, the team went the extra mile for us and helped us move shelves in our basement so we could begin to put furniture back in place and unpack boxes. Servicemaster did an excellent job with cleaning the contents of our home after the major fire. We were Blessed to have Servicemaster work with us and we highly recommend them to everyone we share our story with.
The team assigned to my house was very quick to respond and start the cleanup process. I was given a quote which was reasonable. When the job extended the company kept to the quote and changed it to a not to exceed amount. Very happy with the results and the team working my situation was very professional.
The representative came out within minutes of our call. He was knowledgeable, polite and low-pressure. He told us what would be necessary, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Once we agreed to the services he immediately began extracting the water from the affected area. He returned the next couple of days to check the progress of the drying process, cleaned the carpet and removed his equipment in a very timely manner.
