They were very fast, professional, and communicated in a way that made us feel cared for. It is not fun to deal with damage to your home in any capacity but they really made it the best experience that it can be, explaining everything clearly and quickly. I will also say their room prep was the best I have seen and I have had two other mitigation issues at other residences in the past 20 years. This was the quietest version of the loud fan situation thanks to them isolating the kitchen really well.
