Wonderful customer service. Chris and Joannie were so helpful. Joannie was the project manager at the house and was kind, efficient, positive, and a problem solver. Her interaction with my aging parents was wonderful. They did not have to leave their home and the workers worked around them and made their life as easy as possible. When we had some problems they addressed them immediately. I was always able to contact and get a reply immediately. The Eaton Fire was horrible for my 90 year old parents but Service Master was so efficient that it has helped my parents with the recovery. The job their workers did was amazing. One of the things I noticed is that the workers all seemed to enjoy their job and my parent's house shines. You would never know that there had been such a horrific fire. From the inspection of the house to the end Service Master has restored my faith in customer service. Another benefit is that they worked closely with the other company that came to the house and coordinated their effort. In an area where there is little customer service, Service Master is the exception. They have a pride in their workmanship and care about their employees and customer. Thank you Service Master!!!
