My inurance agent from Farmers arrived with professionals from Servicemaster and McIntyre Carpet with him. They explained how this kind of damage was dealt with. Benjamin brought in all the equipemnt to dry out the floor. He was tireless and patient with all my many, many questions since I wanted to know exactly what was happening. While he was setting up the equipment in the basement, at my request, he showed me how to turn the house water on and off, including informing me to open the faucets before turning it back on, which was very gracious and appreciated by myself. He was more than wonderful and informative throughout the five days. Farmers really picked a winner.
