Karen and her staff quickly arrived at our damaged home to begin clean up after a flood. They were careful with our things and patient with my nervous little dog. At some point Karen informed me that our cows were in the deep water in the pasture and she was concerned for their safety. She said “should we swim out there to rescue them? That’s probably not in our job description but if they need our help we’ll do it”. I assured Karen that our cows were ok.. I appreciate that she cared. That’s really going above and beyond the call of duty!

Y'all were very professional and kept me informed. I appreciate the owner as well as the employees. everyone met my expectations and went above and beyond by providing my family and home with the care it needed at a desperate time. A brown tarp included! who wants a blue tarp as to advertise "my roof is leaking?" that was a thoughtful gesture. thank you!
