I’m impressed with your staff! Edgar, who handled the demo was friendly & competent. The front office staff were helpful . Most of all, Jesse , who did the estimate was willing to take the time to explain how the process worked. The first people who came to our home was the Mitigation team headed by Nick. That team was outstanding! Nick explained everything in clear terms that we understood. The actual team was superb in the way they went about their task of cleaning up the mess caused by the water leak. They were polite, did not play loud music, and were very friendly. We thank Edgar in particular. He was outstanding in letting us know what was happening, and he kept his appointments on time.

SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ
We are very impressed! They were on site within an hour of our phone call at 9pm & were there for several hours getting standing water out of our home & fans to dry out. The pack out went extremely fast & the removal of cabinets, tile, & Sheetrock as well. They have done an amazing job. Now if we could get Farmers insurance to pick up the pace we would be remodeling, but it’s been sitting empty for 2 ½ weeks waiting for the approval to move forward. A big thank you to Garren, Tonya, Sugey, Matt & Carol for keeping me sane! Donna & Chuck Tramontana We would recommend in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!

Marco was friendly and professional. He was very good at communicating what he was doing and what to expect. He always called ahead of his visit so I could lock up the dog, and he was able to accommodate my varying schedule. 10 fans were used to remove the residual water from a flood and all the electrical lines and tubes were taped down for safety. He (and Julio) left the rooms as neat as possible.
