All the technicians Jesus + ??? and the supervisor Andres were really good. They did exactly what they said and not a point to complain about. Except the office workers Katrina - never returned calls and telling the technicians if I have any question 'have her call me' Really! I called & she doesn't even return my call!! Another one is Anita, she is nice, but telling the supervisor Andres to call me after I talked to her. Well, I have Andres phone number, I have talked to him before. I know how to & what to talk. Whatever I said, she interpreted different and telling something different to Andres. I know what Andres has told me regarding confirming to write in the final report that what issue had been seen, needed to do, and done, it is good to go. Anita did not know what myself & Andres had talked and she kept on arguing, 'no we don't give certificate etc...' I said I will talk to Andres. She still called Andres what I said (wrong interpretation) and called him to tell him to call me!!! Instead she should have said "then talk to Andres" She should have spend more time more on her work to prepare the final report. She is nice but it's good not to interfere unnecessarily.

The good folks came to my emergency very quickly, and on time. My kitchen and two bedrooms were flooded. The men saw my needs and explained what needed to be done. Signed the tablet and the work begun. A few days later my home was dry. I was amazed of the special tools used to analyzed , and to bring the repair actions into view. Yes, I would definitely call on them again.
