Danny, Erica and Elicia from the beginning Danny promised that I would be very happy with reconstruction to my house. I must say the crew completed with the best professional workers that I ever worked with. They completely worked to my total satisfaction and to all request were met. They came early worked all day, and cleaned after everyday. You don’t see this kind of professional and dedication these day, but I highly recommended Danny and his staff, all the crew he sent for the reconstruction. You can you my review.

ServiceMaster was always responsive to our project and all of those who we worked with were very pleasant and interested in doing a high quality job and fixing any issues encountered along the way. They also helped us wherever possible to get a fair settlement from our insurance company. They always arrived within a reasonable time of when they said they would be here. In particular, Erica and Lucas always promptly answered our emails, texts, or phone calls.

They were very professional, helpful and pleasant, which was welcome in such a trying time. My sewer pipe had backed up and my basement had inches of sewage. They made the experience tolerable. Also, they came when they said they would each day. I didn't have to wait and wonder all day. Thank you for making a terrible week manageable.

Dan Marano is our absolute hero. We had a pipe break on the second floor, flooding our entire first floor and basement. About 5 feet of water in basement. He came promptly that same day-- 11pm and drained the water overnight. He also removed the walls/flooring to prevent mold and did water mitigation ASAP. He is dependable, thorough and well mannered. He not only explains the process, but does it in a way that relieves our anxieties and fears. We know without a doubt that Dan Marano will do the job right. All the proper precautions were done and his work is world class. We were so please I even recommended him to the flooding at the ambulatory surgical center where I work-- and he cleared out 2.5 inches of water over 15k sq feet center. He walked us and is currently walking us through the entire water mitigation and subsequent repair process. He's saved our home and we cannot tell enough people about the amazing work Dan Marano does. I enthusiastically recommend Dan for any restoration service you need!

Once Nicole got on my account everything ran smoothly. She was timely, communicative, available to answer all of my questions and informative. The people that came to my home were respectful and did an amazing job. Damian even made sure to pop up here and there to make sure the work was done to specifics. It’s like I got a whole new house.
Everyone was great, but Nicole was awesome! If definitely recommend service master.

Your representative Victor couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating, dependable and understanding of the difficulties we faced in staging our house for sale and having a sick wife at home all while repairing the basement.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and had my best interest at heart to restore my basement back to its original condition in as timely fashion as possible. They set up the vendors and kept me informed of each next step. Damian and Erica where easy to reach and very helpful. I appreciate the time and effort they put into my repairs.
