The first night, I called at 10:30 p.m. and spoke with Brandon, who quickly found a team to head out to my home. From there, I met Greg "Jr." and Tyler H. I quickly felt confident in their assessment of the situation, and they jumped right into action, working until 6 a.m.
Each day, a representative would stop by to check on the progress of drying the area affected by the leak. They always notified me when they were on their way and were ready to answer questions or suggest who I should speak to about my question.
Dylan who came out to meet with the insurance adjuster to explain all the actions that had and will take place for the claim (this is not something a homeowner should do alone).
I was then introduced that Mick, who is clearly a pro and whose team will manage the reconstruction.
These kind of events can be very stressful, but when you deal with people that know what they are doing and approach each action with customer service, the outcome is positive!
All of the workers were pleasant to talk to and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Very efficient in their efforts. There was some question about items removed without our knowledge, but could have been. Us not being that involved 100% of the time.
All your teams were so good and polite. They answered any question that I had.
There was only one problem that I came across. When the person that moved my refrigerator didn't check to make sure my freezer was closed. When I saw that it was slightly open I said something.
