The promptness to come and place equipment after the damage. The great communication in regards to when they will return. The overall attitude was that of support and concern for our well being and comfort. I truly appreciated having them, the whole staff took special care to insure we were adequately comfortable and had what was needed while the damage was cleaned. An example- while packing out, our modem was purposely left so that we could have the internet; this allowed me to continue my online job due to great forethought by this staff!
