I liked the responsiveness of the technicians. I received my initial call very soon after my information was submitted to my insurance company. The technicians arrived at my house in a timely manner each visit and were prepared with shoe covers. Their work was efficient and they did their best to make sure that other parts of my house were not affected by dust. Finally, I appreciated how they kept me in form of the scope of their work, and how long it would take.
