After the Camarillo Mountain Fire we needed the entire house restored from fire smoke damage. We met with Mario from Service Masters and he assured us everything would be cleaned and restored. Mario was available by text or phone every time. He handled issues quickly and explained everything he was trying to accomplish. We were very happy with having Mario as a contact and Service Masters did a great job getting the house ready for move in.

Everyone at ServiceMasters Restoration I've worked with has been polite, helpful, thoughtful and hard working. Teams have arrived when scheduled and done a beautiful job of cleaning, removing insulation and restoring my home. While there were a few hiccups along the way, ServiceMaster Restoration stepped in and quickly fixed whatever situation needed addressing. I would not hesitate to use them again!
