I dont usually write reviews, but this circumstance warrants it. Sam talked us off the ledge after a huge accident in our brand new kitchen. He has an extraordinary way of making you feel okay and in control. He explained the whole mitigation process, what we should expect, timelines, and reconstruction options. His crews did everything they said they would and finished ahead of time. They saved my new Brazilian Cherry wood floors and spared us the heartache of another six month construction project. Sam and his team were great in helping us remediate our issues. They were prompt, professional, did exactly what they said they would, and when we needed to keep equipment on site for longer than the quoted time, we weren't charged any additional fees.
