When I called, Bobby answered the phone, took down my information and asked numerous questions. He then told me someone would be in touch. Moments later, Luke called me to get an understanding of our need. Within 45 minutes, Luke was here setting up equipment. They did a great job with communicating and being transparent. They accepted our questions gracefully and provided us with adequate answers. I would 100% recommend this company. Only item I was hesitant about is the mold cleanup but part of that may be my lack of knowledge on how well antimicrobial solutions work.
