Everyone I spoke with and dealt with were extremely professional, friendly and communicative. They came out the evening the damage occurred and had things addressed with a plan in place. I even had to be out of town for a couple days and they worked with me to still get everything done that needed to be done. I would without hesitation recommend Service Masters to anyone needing this service.

The Service Masters who provided excellent work in my home, always call me far enough in
advance to assure that I was fully dressed and prepared to accept them into my Condo Unit.
They gave very cordial greetings as they entered, went straight to work and left promptly when that day's work was complete. They brought all of their equipment in on their initial trip inside
so, there was not a lot of going in and out. They didn't play music, were not constantly on the phone and did not have loud conversations. They were respectful gentlemen,

The staff were friendly, polite, responsive at every interaction. The staff always explained everything they were doing and left room for questions after each conversation. The staff called ahead and arrived when they said they would. I would like to shout out, Matt, Chris, John, Kelly, Nick, and Chasity(phone interactions only) for excellent customer service.

Recently, we had to deal with some unexpected water damage and reached out to ServiceMaster for help. I can't thank Kelly, Nick, and LT enough for their fantastic work. They communicated clearly, worked thoroughly, and followed through on every step, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. It’s not just the professionalism but the genuine care they showed that made a big difference. You didn’t restore anything. You don’t look for the leak. Your guys made suggestions as to where it might be. The guys were nice. You were never going to do the restoration because of the distance. All you did was remove some wood and the wet wall board. I’m sorry, maybe it’s not your fault, but I’m upset because my house is torn up and I still don’t know how it’s going to be fixed.

I had never had to make a home claim until my downstairs flooded. ServiceMaster was quick to respond, came the day they were called, immediately went to work and answered every question, sometimes 2 or 3 times, I asked. They were patient and thorough, every person who came to the house, each person I spoke with on the phone, all extremely professional. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone in their time of need. Thank you
