You didn’t restore anything. You don’t look for the leak. Your guys made suggestions as to where it might be. The guys were nice. You were never going to do the restoration because of the distance. All you did was remove some wood and the wet wall board. I’m sorry, maybe it’s not your fault, but I’m upset because my house is torn up and I still don’t know how it’s going to be fixed.

I had never had to make a home claim until my downstairs flooded. ServiceMaster was quick to respond, came the day they were called, immediately went to work and answered every question, sometimes 2 or 3 times, I asked. They were patient and thorough, every person who came to the house, each person I spoke with on the phone, all extremely professional. I have had to use restoration companies before, and not all are created equal. Servpro went above and beyond to make sure the recovery process from my water damage was initiated and made the process hassle free, they were very caring and thorough with the extraction of water and water damaged areas and the whole remediation process. They are trustworthy and do not cut corners. I highly recommend this company. The ServPro team of technicians, Mat, Cody, and Maddy were very professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and hardworking individuals as well as respectful and trustworthy. These qualities are very hard to find in employees and their work was top notch! Thanks ServPro, you made a difficult time much easier to handle.!

When I called, you were at my door step the very next day. Your crew was courteous and proficient in the performance of their mission. They removed all the items that was damaged by the water and cleaned up after they finished. As a CPAP user black mole was my biggest concern but through your efforts my fears were eliminated. I would recommend you you to family and friends.

Even though I was saddened when I discovered all my water damage to my downstairs, it was a joy to speak with each and every employee that stopped by and helped me! Every single employee was very helpful and informative, and Matt was a pleasure to work with! This is my first time as a first time homeowner, where I had an issue come up and they helped me along every step of the process.
