The responsiveness and professionalism. ServiceMaster and another company were referred to us by our insurance provider. Chris at ServiceMaster called us back within minutes of our after-hours message and set a plan in action for the damage done to our home. He and his crew followed up accordingly throughout the process and answered all of our questions completely.
I was most impressed when I got off the phone with my insurance company and, within 5 minutes, Chris Ward contacted me to begin the restoration project on my home. He forwarded necessary paperwork, texted pictures and updates, and called numerous times throughout the week until the job was completed. He was very honest with the work that was going to be done and was very professional in the way he handled the job. Also, Megan did an excellent job in actually doing the work. Thanks to both Chris and Megan, my home is now back to a livable home!
Even though it seemed forever to be without my kitchen, etc., I really wasn't as inconvenienced as I could have been. I always felt it could have been much worse
than it was. The personal were very considerate for the most part. I realized I was not the only one waiting, wondering and hoping.
The employees were great. Their professionalism and work ethic were exceptional. The office staff was also very courteous and dedicated to following up on the job progress. I appreciated their kindness very much. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and acquaintances alike.
