Greg was extremely professional! He was punctual in every way, whether it be answering my phone calls, texts, emails, and coming to our house. He was informative, helpful, and curious about investigating the problem. He cared about resolving our leak and wanted to be sure that it was done and done correctly. The 2 employees that did the tear up were quick and efficient. would recommend service Master to anyone. They explained every step they did. Always called before arriving. They cleaned up all that was needed. Very satisfied with all the work. They kept in contact with our insurance company thru all this. Made it very less stressful for us. Professionalism, knowledge, compassion in a time of crisis. All the staff was respectful and caring. I was very impressed by how each one was so personable and easy to talk to, like you’ve known them your whole life I had a feeling of complete trust with them being in my home alone. Jefferson is absolutely AWSOME!! He goes above and beyond . He takes the time to listen and answer all questions and put up with numerous questions (Repeating) the same ones, with patience and respect! He has been a GOD send to me!!! I rave about him to my family and friends what an AWSOME, kind man his is! So to rate him and his staff is far more than a 10!!! I will and have been referring him to all I’ve talked to about my crisis. He and his staff do an AWSOME job!!!! GOD bless them all!!
