When we called was about 30 mins or maybe 1 hour. Josh Johnson was the 1st to arrive then Ryan Hofheins they stayed until around 2 AM Sunday morning sucking up water helping taking the stress away from us. Came back Sunday morning early making sure every thing was drying with big fans 15 of them and a dehumidifier then just kept checking on us all week until they removed fans .

In a stressful situation, it was great to know that Ryan (determining extent of damage) and then Dennis and his crew (restoration), we couldn't have called anyone better.
Ryan was very personable and thorough when he determined the extent of the damage and graciously worked around us as we packed for a week or more - pills and all.
We had to leave our home (700 sq ft) for two weeks while the blowers were running and then the demolition of our floor in the kitchen and great room occurred. I would open the house in the morning and then lock it at night.
When we returned home, Dennis and his crew were so courteous and professional it was a pleasure to see our home come back to normal.

We were so pleased with the quick response from your ServiceMaster disaster service restoration team. The our technician, Garrett arrived when he said he would be here. Prepared to make an assessment and ready to begin work. We were told what to expect once he carefully and thoroughly examined the situation. He explained the process and what needed to be taken care of. Garrett asked us questions to make sure that we understood what was going to happen. He was very supportive and sensitive to our stress with the disaster in our home. After he explained the process he asked us what our preferences would be in the matter. He worked very well with our insurance company and the several people that it takes to handle a claim. (Our insurance agent, Erv, who is also totally awesome had recommended ServiceMaster Disaster Restoration to us a few years ago with a completely different claim, and we were so very happy with them at that time too, that we were thrilled to have them again because we knew that everything would be taken care of so well. Garrett made arrangements for his personnel and equipment to begin the restoration as soon as possible. He was there to take care of everything every day and every step of the way. He kept us updated with courtesy at all times and with what was going on. We never had a worry or concern because of his most excellent care. Great service in every way. Ryan was the prime mover in our water-damage cleanup and he and his crew were very fast, always courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. Ryan seemed always ready to help us in every way we asked, and either quickly picked up or called us back immediately.
The job they did was incredible. They left NO debris anywhere, and were a pleasure to work with.
I would recommend this team and this company to everyone. It's a sad day when you have to call a recovery or restoration company, but ServiceMaster made the cleanup as painless as I could imagine.

A contractor should have his own equipment to start and finish a job and not depend on a client to provide a shop vacuum. I didn't mind, and was glad to help, but if I hadn't, it may have cost me more if I was to pay for the labor time to go back to the shop and get the needed equipment.
On the other hand, the first visit was on Christmas Eve, and Ryan was there when needed...thanks
